2. How to raise a complaint
Email the Grievance Officer, or call the number above and ask for a complaint to be registered. To help us resolve it quickly, include:
- Your trip reference number, or the date, time and pickup area
- The mobile number the booking was made from
- What happened, and what outcome you are looking for
- Any photographs, the invoice, or screenshots that support the complaint
You can complain about anything: delay, vehicle condition, crew behaviour, equipment not being on board, a billing error, a refund not received, or how we handled your personal data.
3. Our timelines
- Within 24 hours — we acknowledge your complaint and give you a complaint number.
- Within 15 days — we investigate and give you a written response with what we found and what we are doing about it.
- Within 30 days — data protection requests, including access, correction and deletion, are completed.
- Within 72 hours — content or information that is unlawful and reported to us is acted upon.
Safety complaints — anything involving crew conduct towards a patient or family, or a vehicle that was not fit to carry a patient — are escalated to the proprietor the same day and are not left to run the full 15 days.
4. What to expect from us
- We will look at the evidence, including GPS records, timestamps and call recordings for that trip
- We will tell you plainly what we found, including when the fault was ours
- Where we billed you incorrectly, we correct the invoice and refund the difference
- Where a partner operator or crew member was at fault, we deal with them. That is our job, not yours
- We will not ask you to withdraw a complaint as a condition of a refund
5. If you are still unhappy
If our response does not resolve the matter, you have every right to take it further:
- Consumer complaints — the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or the consumer commission having jurisdiction where you live or work.
- Personal data complaints — the Data Protection Board of India, after first raising it with us.
Approaching an outside forum does not affect how we handle your complaint. We will keep working on it either way.
